SSO and MFA

Login with SSO

Single Sign On implementation is now available for both the web and the mobile app to allow users to use corporate accounts for SSO login, reducing the complexity and increasing the security of authentication.

Where MFA is provided by the identity provider as a multi-step account login process this will require users to enter more information than just a password.

Your customer account will need to be updated in order to use this new feature.

New Driver Compliance Menus

We'll be moving all of your Duty of Care vehicle documents and driving licence records under a new menu option to help you find things more easily and reduce the amount of navigation you have to do in the system.

We’ve named the menu “Driver Compliance”.

Duty of Care Reminders

We have re-written our services for Driver Compliance reminders using new modern microservices technology.

As before, drivers and approvers will still receive a reminder when a driving licence or vehicle document is about to expire, but this new service will allow future scalability for the Driver Compliance Pack so that we can bring you new features.

Reminder service emails from our updated service will now come from "admin@expenses-software.com".
